Excited to share with you all that, Wangdi our dearest artist friend is in Gram studio, Paradsinga village! With him every morning is a beautiful musical morning :) Wangdi did his master's in sculpture from M.S.U Baroda, he play various music instruments, and is teaching in an alternative school in Hyderabad.. He is here for a week to make a 12feet long floating tree boat using mostly locally available material, which will accomodate a tree and four people in it.. So it's the 5th day of making boat and Wangdi is collaborating with Paradsinga youth, kids and local carpainter to make this "floating tree boat"... Now more than Wangdi's artwork this boat has become everyone's dream, we all are dreaming to float with it in our beloved Lake... <3 Two days more to go and boat will go to farm for testing... Seed Calendar 2020 Our collective journey of understanding seeds and expressing about it began more than half a decade ago. Since then, our expressions around it has taken many forms like organic farming, land arts, seed bands, seed papers, etc. This journey saw the launching of seed calendars last year; a medium that keeps one engaged with seeds for more than a year, right from knowing, to sowing, to growing, to consuming. This year too we are back so that we can keep ourselves consciously engaged with “seeds” whole year long through these calendars. There are four types of calendars this time with different kitchen garden seeds for every calendar page.
